Mariah Graham Joins United Percussion Front Ensemble Instructional Team In 2020

United Percussion is thrilled to announce that Mariah Graham will be a part of our 2020 Staff as a Front Ensemble Technician.

Mariah Graham is a clinical research coordinator at the University of Delaware in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders. While attending the University of Delaware, Mariah earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Cognitive Science and Linguistics along with minors in Human Development and Disability Studies. Currently, Mariah is a full-time Master’s degree graduate student studying Speech-Language Pathology.

Mariah has spent the past 6 years as the Front Ensemble Coordinator of Unionville High School in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania for both the school’s indoor and outdoor percussion programs. Additionally, she has consulted and instructed various other high school, drum corps, and indoor percussion front ensembles.

Mariah’s Drum Corps International & Winter Guard International membership experiences include The Cadets Drum & Bugle Corps (2015-2016), The Cadets 2 (2014), Jersey Surf Drum & Bugle Corps (2010-2012), Cadets Winter Percussion (2014-2015), and United Percussion (2013). Additionally, Mariah performed with the Bloomsburg University concert percussion ensemble and front ensemble and the University of Delaware front ensemble. Mariah has also spent time as a member of the Newark Symphony Orchestra in Delaware.

Mariah currently lives in New Castle, Delaware where she enjoys spending her free time cooking, biking, and swimming with her family and friends.
