Please welcome back Nate Clelland as Assistant Director of UP2!

Nate is a drum instructor based out of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He graduated from Perkiomen Valley High School in Collegeville, PA and attended West Chester University for his bachelor’s in biology. He is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Drug Discovery and Development from Drexel University. Nate’s marching experience includes seasons at United Percussion, Spirit of Atlanta, The Cadets Drum and Bugle Corps, Bushwackers, West Chester University Marching Band, and The Philadelphia Eagles Drumline.

Nate’s educational experiences include both teaching and/or designing with Marple Newtown High School, Spring-Ford High School, Bushwackers, and United Percussion 2.

Outside of band, Nate is a scientist employed with Johnson and Johnson. He works in Bioanalytical Discovery & Development Sciences. Additionally, Nate enjoys Philadelphia sports, playing baseball in the offseason, and spending time with family.
