United Attends Benefit for Dear Friend, Holds 2017 Preview
As the 2017 season rapidly approaches, United took the time yesterday to share a few moments with Family, Friends and Alumni.
In the early afternoon, past and present members attended a benefit for Roger Frantzman, a long time friend of the program. Roger's son, Richie was a four year member of United Percussion. Roger unfortunately has been diagnosed with cancer. They have 3 children, Alicia, Richie and Jessie as well as two grandchildren.
Roger has always been quick to help United whenever needed and also has been a great fan and supporter over the years. The family has organized, hosted, and performed various benefits for others over the years, contributing love, support, and money, to others in need. Returning the favor was the least that we could do for him. United has given a general contribution to Roger and his fight to battle cancer.
You too can give to Roger's fight. Visit https://www.paypal.me/FrantzmanFamily to donate.
Late yesterday afternoon, United also held their annual Family, Friends and Alumni Preview Show. Guests were treated to a run-through of the 2017 production and food and fellowship followed. The next public performance of the 2017 program will be at the WGI Dayton Regional on February 18th. United and 9 other groups will be in action.
We want to thank everyone who came out to our Preview Show yesterday. We hope you enjoyed our 2017 program, and hope to see you elsewhere in 2017.
