Introducing Kathleen Ballard, United Percussion 2 Battery Coordinator

United Percussion and Arts, Inc. is excited to introduce Kathleen Ballard as the Battery Coordinator for United Percussion 2.

Kathleen is a cymbal educator based out of the greater Philadelphia region. She spent her marching career with United Percussion (2016, 2018, 2019), East Coast Percussion (2015), and Raiders Drum & Bugle Corps (2014). She also performed with the University of Delaware’s Fightin’ Blue Hen Marching Band during her undergrad.

As an educator, Kathleen has worked with several scholastic programs in southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. She also led the cymbal program at 7th Regiment Drum & Bugle Corps during their 2021 virtual season. Kathleen joined the United Percussion 2 staff in the 2020 season and has been involved ever since.

Kathleen grew up in southern New Jersey and currently resides in Delaware. During the day, she works as a Food Service Director in a local school district. In the summers of 2017 and 2018, Kathleen combined her passions for nutrition and the marching arts and ran the food service program at the Crossmen Drum & Bugle Corps. Kathleen is elated to return to United in a new role!
