United World welcomes Jesse Valencia

United World is pleased to announce the promotion of Jesse Valencia to Front Ensemble Arranger. Jesse is a United World Alum and has been the Front Ensemble Arranger for United Percussion 2 since 2024.

Jesse’s marching experience began with Cadets2 in 2014 before continuing on with The Cadets in 2016 and 2017. He has also been heavily involved in the WGI Percussion Independent World scene, marching with Cadets Winter Percussion in 2015 and 2016, and United Percussion in 2018 — all PIW finalist ensembles.

As an educator and arranger, Jesse served as the Caption Head and Arranger for both the Downingtown East High School outdoor percussion program and the Downingtown Area School District indoor percussion program from 2017–2020. He also taught Cadets2 during the 2017 and 2018 seasons and has worked with United Percussion 2’s Front Ensemble during the 2020 season and from 2024 - 2026.

Outside of WGI, Jesse has been a member of the creative team for the Bushwackers Drum & Bugle Corps since 2020.
