An UPdate on our Dayton Send-Off
A letter from our Directors:
Hello to all of you. We hope you are well. We wanted to reach out as we get ready to embark on our 17th trip to Dayton, Ohio for WGI World Championships. Here's a video showing some of our 2019 progress!
First and foremost, we want to invite you to our very own send-off performance for our members as they "move-in" for WGI World Championships week.
Sunday, April 7th, 3 PM
RWJ Barnabas Health Arena

Admission is FREE, with a suggested donation of $10, or Gatorade powder/water/bagged snack packs as we head down the road to Dayton. Please consider coming, the members love when you do.
Second, we are writing to request your assistance. Our membership would greatly appreciate anything that can be offered whether its a $20 donation, the sponsoring of gas or a meal, or making a souvenir purchase at our send-off. Anything and everything is appreciated. It will cost United over $35,000 just to attend championships. This year, we are spending 6 days and 5 nights in Ohio. Below is a list of expenses.
The bus ride alone is over $11,000. Each rehearsal hour is at least $100 an hour, tractor rental, driver and insurance are $4000, rooms are $14,000 and we haven't even eaten yet!
