United promotes Neil Delucca to Bass Technician

We are pleased to have Neil on a more full time basis helping to guide and shape UPbass.  Neil has been with UP since 2011 and has pinch hit wherever we needed him.  When the full time position opened up it made sense to promote from within.  Neil will be able to take the torch and run with it.  We are happy to have him on board.  To see Neil's bio click here.
